The vicinity where the modular tanks would be placed presented both physical and scheduling obstacles that if not planned accordingly would create execrable conditions for the facility and the ownership. Due to the onsite drainage, excavation for the modular tank footprint had to be placed near amain arterial where vehicles would travel back and forth from the active airstrip. Construction of the system had to be done quickly to minimize downtime of the entrance.
