Purus Plastics GmbH and Mike Coates Announce the Acquisition of Purus NA Ecoraster Inc.
Listowel, Ontario Canada April 1, 2025 – Purus Plastics GmbH, in partnership with seasoned industry executive Mike Coates are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Purus NA Ecoraster Inc.’s shares from Jim and Nancy Brooks. As part of this transition, Mike Coates will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Partner, marking a new chapter of leadership and growth.
Purus NA Ecoraster Inc. is a manufacturer of the Ecoraster-Product line, a product for stormwater management of proven excellence world wide over more than 30 years. Ecoraster is completely made from recycled plastics and thus saving CO2.
This strategic change in ownership positions the company to accelerate innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and expand its Sales and Manufacturing presence across North America. The founding team at Purus Plastics GmbH brings deep industry expertise while Mike Coates contributes a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence in manufacturing, sales and marketing in this sector.
